Is my credit card information safe?
Definitely! We do not store any of this sensitive information on our servers and we use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor has been certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Are your meals Halal?
Yes we are! Our halal certificate given by MUIS expires on 31 March 2021.
How do I place my order?

What is the minimum order for delivery?
Our minimum order for delivery will be $15.
I can’t find a set that appeals to me.
Have no fear! We are constantly coming up with new items to constantly whet your appetite.
How can I track my delivery?
Currently we are unable to provide live tracking but we will let contact you when we have arrived!
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been confirmed.
Can I keep my food for another day?
We highly recommend that you consume our bowls within 1 hour from the time of delivery to ensure the quality and freshness of the products.
Can I change my grain base from rice to soba and vice versa?
We do not recommend changing the grain bowl bases as our bowls have been crafted to create a delicate balance of flavours. Changing the base will disrupt the balance and it will not taste as we had crafted it to be.
Do I have to heat up my grain bowls/ bento sets?
You are not required to heat the bowls up. Please enjoy them as they are!
Do you have any gluten-free or vegetarian options?
Our bowls/ sets which come with rice are gluten free and our tofu and kale salad, and 2 curated bentos are vegetarian.
I’ve placed my order but something came up! Can I change my delivery date/time/location?

What are your delivery hours?
We are open for delivery, Monday to Saturday, from 10am-8pm with a lead time of 45 minutes. (Last orders for the day will be 7.15pm).
Do you provide contactless delivery?
Sure! If you have requested for it, we will ensure to accede to your request!
